This filing is not required by any state or federal agency, however, allows the new or reinstated applicant to receive their Motor Carrier Authority Letter (1) business day from the date the applicant has been placed in active status. Refusal of this option could add (7-10) additional business days to the receipt of your authorization letter and delay the applicant from operating sooner.
