Drug Consortium Program
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 40; individuals that answer yes to the questions listed below will be required to enroll their drivers and company in a DOT approved Drug Consortium Program:
✓Operate as an Intrastate or Interstate Carrier
✓Carry a Commercial Driver's License
✓Own and/or operate a vehicle above 26,001 lbs GVWR
Drug Consortium
Program includes 12 month enrollment and registration for (1) company driver
Add Drivers
Additional drivers that are added to a company that operate vehicles above 26,001 lbs GVWR are also required to enroll in the Drug Consortium Program
Pre-Employment Test
All drivers listed within a company consortium are required by DOT to complete the initial drug test or provide documentation supporting its completion.
Supervisor Training Course
All transportation company owners that have at least one or more drivers will be required to complete the 2-training course and test.
