BOC-3

The BOC-3 (Blanket of Coverage) is a FMCSA requirement for Interstate Motor Carriers in which a list of designated agents for all 50 states must be provided and placed on file along with your Motor Carrier Authority. All BOC-3's are placed on file with FMCSA electronically and do not require renewals provided the Legal Name and DBA are not adjusted within the motor carrier authority application.
